Access app for Telangana State educational board

TSBIE m-Services is a free educational application for mobile from the Center for Good Governance and is the companion app that grants students and teachers access to the Telangana State Board system. It aims to make intermediate education more accessible to citizens of India across all sectors and offers support in all kinds of ways.

Intermediate education for all

Upon opening the TSBIE m-Services app, you can immediately log in either through the Citizen or Officer tabs. If you're the former, you can check on your college applications, see exam results, or even request financial aid from the government, among other things you can access through the application.

If you're an officer or educator, you can send memos to your students, release your syllabus plan for their reference, and post grades for all to check. Now, as for the experience of using the app itself, there are numerous reports of users unable to log in to their accounts. Others experience timeouts in receiving their security one-time password (OTP).

Convenient but buggy

All in all, the TSBIE m-Services app makes it easier for a lot of people to access all the resources and aid that the Telangana State Board has to offer to help them receive a better education. While the app itself is intuitive to use and feature-rich, the login issues need to be fixed as soon as possible.
